H O W I T W O R K S:
Each order of Soap - By The Loaf will come in the scent selected. Each Loaf comes as 18 labeled 4-5 oz. bars of soap (our standard size) including the end pieces. Choose your scent, then choose whether you would like the traditional botanical toppings added to your soap, or whether you would like them without. Choose whether you would like your bar soaps textured in Earth Folks traditional peaked tops, or whether you would like a "flat" top to your bars. Bar sizes remain the same either way.

Each order of Soap by the Loaf is made to order. Please give us a turnaround time of 5-6 weeks from the time or soap ordered, to the time of the order shipped. On occaison we may have enough bars on hand to immediately fulfill your order, and you may receive your order a bit sooner. Soap - By The Loaf
As with all soap, handmade soap likes to dry out between uses. Use a soap dish that drains to keep your soap out of water to prolong the life of your bar.
While soap does not expire, we recommend a shelf life of 1-2 years. Because of the nature of natural ingredients such as essential oils and plant-based powders and pigments, scents and colors may eventually fade over time.
When storing bulk soap, we recommend storing in a box with airholes in a dark place. This helps ensure your soap can breathe, but will retain scent and color best.
